## Trust boundaries

AVRAI should not be described as an unchecked automation layer or a generic LLM
wrapper. Runtime OS owns action boundaries, consent, redaction, receipts, and
correction paths. Public demos are controlled surfaces unless clearly labeled
otherwise. Demos do not imply live action authority, empirical readiness, or
raw personal data access.
